The essence of this project lies in its minimalist and contemporary approach, which is reflected in its architectural harmony with the building it integrates, on the ground floor, considering its wide glass openings to the thoroughfare. The 5-meter ceiling height allowed for differentiated solutions per zone, giving each space a unique and visually stimulating personality.

In order to ensure an effective functional organization, the clinic’s design was based on two principles. On the one hand, a clear separation between the dentistry specialty and the others. On the other hand, a carefully planned layout of waiting and circulation spaces, allowing for a flow without crossings between staff and patient accesses. The goal was clear: to create a calm and comfortable environment for patients while ensuring efficiency and practicality for healthcare professionals.

Upon entering the clinic, patients are greeted in a bright and welcoming reception area that invites tranquility. The medical offices – 3 for dentistry and 4 for other specialties – are marked by clean lines and carefully selected materials to create a sense of sophistication and serenity. The areas designated for staff were conceived with the same rigor and attention to detail, providing a pleasant and efficient work environment.
