PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Business Center with outdoor spaces for public enjoyment, a mark of regeneration, rehabilitation, urban qualification and environmental enhancement of this urban fabric, where vacant buildings persist, important industrial heritage. Unique buildings, connected by metallic structures.
Energy efficiency, sustainability, technical capacity, natural lighting, and flexibility of spaces, aiming for “LEED” Environmental Certification.
Six versatile buildings, for 3400 workstations, destined for companies of various sizes, enhances Coworking;
Shapes, materials and colors, in a solid composition that reflects rhythm, dynamics and aesthetic contribution.
Municipal strategic objectives are materialized, by adding public green spaces of fruition, soil permeability and the transformation of Avenida Infante Dom Henrique into an urban street.
