A project in which the rehabilitation and requalification affirms the time in which it is executed, marked by contemporary language, in harmony with the surroundings in which it is integrated.
Project Description
Rehabilitation project in which it was intended to create a concordance at the level of finishes with the surroundings, presenting some contemporary traces. The project, the result of a joint venture between two friends, foresees the expansion of existing buildings in order to create a two-family dwelling with three floors above ground and use of attic typologies T4 and T5.
The result is two contemporary dwellings whose challenge was the maximum use of the intended program and which create a perfect connection with the private outer space for the enjoyment of nature within the old city center.
