A project in which the rehabilitation and requalification affirms the time in which it is executed, marked by contemporary language, in harmony with the surroundings in which it is integrated.
Project Description
Rehabilitation Project aimed at creating harmony in finishes with the surrounding environment, incorporating some elements of contemporaneity. The project, the result of a joint venture between two friends, involves the expansion of existing buildings to create a two-family dwelling with three floors above ground and an attic conversion, with T4 and T5 typologies.
The outcome is two contemporary homes inside, where the challenge was to make the most of the space according to the desired program. These homes establish a perfect connection with the private outdoor area, offering a space to enjoy nature within the historic center of the city.
