PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The rehabilitation of this building, integrated in the Historic Center, promotes a requalification preserving the original architecture, the renovation of the interior space of the three floors, with adaptation to small dwellings T1 and T2, intended for rental for young people.
It creates two two bedroom apartments with patio on floor 1, three one bedroom apartments on floor 2 and two two two bedroom apartments on floor 3 with attic, mansardas and terrace. The constructive solutions guarantee the building’s thermal and acoustic comfort and sustainability. The proximity to the University campus and the desire to rejuvenate the population of the old part of this urban area give rise to the programmatic objectives of this project.
