PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The house, with 2 floors, attic and basement for parking, implanted in the plot, with 300,00 m2, twins to the east with the existing house. The integration with the existing house and its surroundings were basic premises.
The accessibility to the lot and garden, allied to objectives such as solar orientation, views, ventilation and natural lighting, thermal and acoustic quality. To amplify the perception of spaces, in areas with double height ceilings, relationships between floors, create functional flows, defending the separation of social and private space. The composition is marked by the intersection of various volumes with different coverings, in a dynamic of light, color, texture, shadow and brightness.
Sustainability as a guideline for the development of the single-family project.
