When Funcionality Meets Design
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
With 330m2and two floors, this space was once a bank branch, and the space has been
vacant for some years.
The challenge that was proposed to us was to achieve the best use of space from the existing structure, which conditioned the intended program of a Medical Specialty Clinic with 6 Offices for Specialty Consultations, 2 Dental Offices and space for the Collection of Clinical Analysis.
Our portuguese client, who has been working in the UK for several years, is back in Portugal and wanted a contemporary, cozy and connected space for the future where patients and staff would feel happy and stand out from other existing spaces in the surrounding area.
With the use of noble materials, light colors and the careful study of light design, we obtained a harmonious and functional space that is intended to be a reference in the future.
The result?
