PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The T4 house and its supporting annex are positioned longitudinally at the center of the plot, which spans 5,495.00 m², with a width of 25.00 m and a depth of 250.00 m, integrated into a consolidated urban fabric. The built complex separates the garden, leisure, and relaxation areas from the agricultural cultivation area. Accessibility, solar orientation, adaptation to the land’s morphology, and protection of outdoor living areas are key considerations in the design, which features a composition of intersecting volumes with different finishes. The living and pool area is designed as an extension of the residential spaces. At the center of the house, a patio/garden creates a private outdoor area, ensuring cross ventilation and natural light throughout the living spaces.
