This project reflects Cria +’s commitment to preserving Lisbon’s heritage, particularly in the housing sector, by rehabilitating T2 apartments for rent in an old building located in the city’s historic center.

We aimed to maximize functionality and comfort without compromising aesthetics. Thus, the spaces are carefully distributed to ensure fluidity and luminosity, with an approach that prioritizes simplicity and elegance. The choice of light colors for the walls and finishes enhances the sense of space and brightness, making each apartment a tranquil refuge in the pulsating heart of Lisbon.

The use of noble materials (such as wood and natural stone) not only imparts a sense of elegance and durability but also accentuates the authentic and unique character of the space. Wood, with its natural textures and tones, adds a warm and organic touch, while natural stone enriches the interiors with a robust and timeless appearance. The contemporary, restrained, and minimalist design creates a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.
