In a subdivision executed under the premise of accessibility, the five T3 two-family dwellings, ten units, take the form of detached houses, connected by the garage volumes. The rhythm of full and empty spaces enhances the capture of natural light.
The diversity of architectural solutions in each lot, enriches the whole plastic and aesthetic. Inside the houses, patios are created in a game of ventilation and light, permanently connecting the inside and outside.
Double-height areas amplify the perception of space and the expansion of light, from the social areas on the first floor to the private area on the upper floor. Sustainability is pursued in all the project’s options.
