PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Winner of the Bronze Prize in the Housing – Buildings category at the 2nd Edition of the Lusophone Architecture and Interior Design Awards, the building features 11 floors above ground and 4 below. It adapts to the urbanization works carried out around the plot. The structure consists of three volumes/boxes, each with two floors, arranged above the second floor and interspersed with a slightly recessed level, topped by a distinctive top floor that frames the volumes, connecting them with the area adjacent to the gable of lot 2.
The project embraces a contemporary design language, featuring intersecting volumes that create a dynamic composition, enhanced by varied finishes and generously sized spans in the private spaces The north elevation is designed with greater protection from solar ex, featuring smaller, more contained spans, while the east and south elevations features larger spans and balconies
