About us

We are an award-winning architecture studio and ranked as one of the 50 largest architecture studios in the country. We develop architectural and urban planning projects and provide investment support consulting services. Created in 2007, Atelier Cria + Arquitectos was founded with the vision of viewing architecture as a constant symbiosis between space, volumes, and their entire setting, without forgetting people.

We seek to introduce creativity into our architectural projects so that each project becomes unique, which is why we value design thinking so highly.

Since 2016, we have been developing projects in co-authorship with Architect Anabela Fernandes [Anabela Fernandes, Architecture and Urbanism], who already has 30 years of professional experience.

BIM – Building Information Modeling

BIM technology has transformed working methods in the construction industry, processing and clarifying all information associated with the life cycle of a building. For this reason, Cria+ has always considered this technology to be an asset, enabling the sharing and integration of data for new protocols, activities, and growth strategies. In this way, all projects are supported by intelligent management dedicated to each building and its context, creating a whole.
